5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or areas subject to shipping restrictions.

6. Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or because the parcel was not collected, it may be returned to us.

In this case, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
